On Thursday, July 3 the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") will close at 1 p.m. ET and the Solutions Center will close at 4 p.m. ET in observance of the Independence Day holiday. The NYSE and Solutions Center will remain closed on Friday, July 4 and will reopen on Monday, July 7. Transactions received after closing on Thursday, July 3 will be effective with trades processed on Monday, July 7 using that day’s closing prices. In addition, the City of Philadelphia Local Office will close at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 3 and be closed on Friday, July 4. We will re-open on Monday, July 7 at 8:30 a.m.
